StarBoySim is an independent football career game. The creator handles game feedback, account questions, billing queries and reports about public content.

Send a message

Use the contact or message option on StarBoySim’s Ko-fi page. A donation or Supporter subscription is not required to ask for help. Ko-fi is an external service and may require its own sign-in to send a message. There is no on-site support form.

Report a game problem

Include your device and browser, the screen where the issue happened and the steps that led to it. If possible, include a screenshot without account or payment details. Say whether you were playing on the public site or a local test version. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment card numbers or secret keys.

Report a public leaderboard name

Include the chosen display name, draft category and date filter where you saw it. Explain why it is abusive, misleading, or reveals private information. Reports can be reviewed and an entry removed when appropriate. Do not repost the content publicly or include someone else’s private information.

Account, privacy and billing requests

Sign in and open Account to manage billing or delete your account. For a request you cannot complete there, contact the creator and describe the issue. Never send card details. Account ownership may need to be checked before private records are changed. See the privacy notice and Supporter terms for how records and subscriptions work.

Data and intellectual-property questions

If you believe content in the game affects your rights, identify the relevant content, the basis for your concern and how you can be contacted. StarBoySim does not claim affiliation with football clubs or governing bodies. Source attribution and an independence notice do not themselves grant a licence; reports about imported data and identities will be reviewed.
